Professional and industry experience
Anas has extensive knowledge and respectable experience in corporate valuation, private equity fund raising, fund evaluation, secondaries, synergy mapping and deal structuring. His strong and international network gives Nash’s investor clientele access to high quality deal flow.
Anas’s valuation projects have oftenbeen published in many international magazines. Most recent publication that felicitated Anas’s analysis is a leading luxury and lifestyle magazine based in China called Hurun Report for which Anas valued and compiled the “ The Global Rich List 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 ”
Prior to Nash, Anas worked for a leading private equity fund raising firm, Probitas, based in London. During his tenure, he was actively involved in analysing track record, financial modeling, market due diligence, finalising PPM and managing investor relations. He has worked on private placements ranging from a EUR200 Mn Scandinavian growth capital fund to a $2 Bn European fund. Some of the key fund geographies that Anas worked for include the Nordics, French, Italian and UK. Post his stint in Probitas ,he worked for the UK’s regulator Financial Services of Authority (equivalent of India’s RBI), helping them through one of the landmark restructuring activities in the financial services sector
He, is an MBA graduate from the University of Oxford. He is also a qualified Projects in Controlled Risk Environment Practitioner governed by Office of Government of Commerce, UK. Prior to his MBA, he completed undergraduate degree from Model Engineering College, a top engineering college in Kerala. During his stint at KPMG, Anas has worked directly with teams from more than 50 countries,7 sectors and more than 25 companies.
